DJ, producer, turntablist, survivor – GetMoses infuses hip-hop and soul influences with experimental, electronic club music. Founder of the award-winning Higher Education Records, he has opened for Atmosphere, Odesza, Big Sean, The Pharcyde, Lupe Fiasco, Big Gigantic, RL Grime, Waka Flocka, Keys N Krates, Mr. Carmack, Kaskade, and others. He has recurring guest DJ mixes on 88.9 Radio Milwaukee.

GetMoses is an official NBA DJ for the Milwaukee Bucks and also DJs for Red Bull. He is the primary host of Non-Pop! Radio every Tuesday on 91.7FM WMSE-Milwaukee.

During his recovery as a recent survivor of Leukemia (and the bone marrow transplant that saved his life), GetMoses created the concept for what would become the creative collective & event series: Non-Pop! The brand has taken root in multiple cities and venues blending musical and visual arts and has brought together creatives from across the country. The event also supports a monthly rotation of nonprofits to reach out and give back to the community.

GetMoses’ latest release, Night Snacks, is a beat tape born from late-night drives to the airport, gazing at runway lights, the moon, the stars…It’s a product of twilight hour beat-making until 5am in a lava lamp-lit hideaway. It’s survival, self-discovery, endless wonder, chasing after ghosts…and, of course, an unhealthy appreciation for late-night treats of all shapes, sizes, flavors, and personalities.
